No. KAYA by Maria creates distinctive pieces in thoughtfully limited quantities. Personalised designs are made individually for each customer.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 15 working days from order confirmation for your item to be made and delivered.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. Worldwide tracked delivery costs £3.99 per order. Customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply in the destination country.
Will you contact me about measurements?
Yes, when required. Our team may contact you after ordering to confirm measurements or personalisation details before production begins.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items made to individual measurements or specifications cannot normally be returned or exchanged. However, your legal rights remain protected if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
How will I receive order updates?
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Tracking information will be sent by email when your order has been dispatched.
Can two customers receive the same personalised design?
Our purpose is to help every child feel beautifully individual. Personalised designs are created specifically for one customer and are not produced as standard mass-market pieces.
